Before searching remedies for losing fat, we must do some study about the subject which we want to lose to serve ourselves a bigger motive behind the purpose of losing fat.

Fats are the substances that enable our body to use the proteins, vitamins, calcium and other minerals that we take in our diet.

Fats are the resultant substances that our body gets after doing all hard work in digesting what we in our mouth while eating. Our body stores energy in form of fats.

Fats are of different types; saturated, unsaturated, polyunsaturated and monounsaturated. Among all the kinds of fats, the saturated fats are more hazardous for our life and bring many kinds life threatening diseases. The total intake of saturated fats in our body should be less than 10%of total food intake and amount of dietary fat should be less than 300mg/day.

The excessive amounts of fats accumulation in our body can hinder our body organelles in their functioning and this result in failure of organ which ultimately leads to death of the person.

Here, I am making you aware with some easy routine exercises which can help you on the ground level in reducing your unwanted body fat.

6. Step up step down

How to do

Step up step downWhile stepping up and down try to lift your body up and down by using your arms instead of putting whole pressure on your knees and legs. This will help you in putting your whole body at work.

 

 

Impacts

The exercise works to burn the fats in your thighs and legs and if it is done properly as mentioned above, it reduces the fat of your upper body.

5. Bear crawl

Bear crawl excerciseYou have to pose like a bear on the floor and walking like it with all your limbs like a bear actually does.

When you walk with all your four limbs, the gravity acting on the body will get distributed equally on all your body parts making it easier to burn fats from all your body parts. Initially the exercise won’t seem to have any impact on your fat. But as some minutes will pass, you will start to feel burn in form of sweat in your shoulders, thighs, hands and legs. Sweat while exercising is a sign that you are losing fat.

4. Jackknife sit-ups

Jackknife sit-upsLie on the ground, lift your hands and legs to join them in the air while keeping your back on ground.

3. Farmer’s walk

The name of this exercise is farmer’s walk for a reason. You have to imitate a farmer’s walking exactly. Lift two equals’ loads in both of your hands and walk just like a farmer.

This simple exercise won’t seem to impact you much but in real, it works to reduce your whole body fat in a balanced way.

2. Push ups

How to do

Lay on the ground with your backside in upwards direction. Try to lift your whole body up by the support of your palms and feet. Make sure your other body parts except the feet and your palms do not touch the ground.

It is a traditional exercise which can be done anywhere. It is a great exe5rcise for your upper body. It works on your arms, back and core.

While jumping rope, we burn a lot of calories rapidly. While assigning work to our legs and calves, we give an exercise to our upper body as well.
