Bhadra will not be put on Rakshabandhan, auspicious time to tie rakhi for 12 hours

Independence Day and Rakshabandhan festival one day after 19 years

According to Gautam Sharma, the priest of the ancient Satyanarayana temple, this time Rakshabandhan is on August 15 and the same day is also Independence Day. Such yoga is formed after 19 years. Earlier in the year 2000, Rakshabandhan and Independence Day were one day. Raksha Bandhan should be done before 4 pm.

Travel will be free for women in buses for 36 hours

This time on Rakshabandhan, Haryana Government is going to give free travel gift to women. Under this, women will be able to travel in Haryana Roadways buses for free for 36 hours on Rakshabandhan. The duration of 36 hours will start from 12 noon on the first day of Rakshabandhan to 15 pm on 15 August. This facility is being given to women so that no sister is deprived of tying a rakhi on brother’s wrist due to lack of funds.
